Instructions for use:

1. Dip the set in hot water before use.

2. Remove the hose, straighten and shape it.

3. Assemble the kit using the handle stabilising the tube on the demijohn/fermentation container.

4. Place the end of the hose with the glass tube in the demijohn/fermentation container.

5. Suck the liquid from the demijohn/fermentation container and close the clamp.

6. Put the end of the hose in the vessel placed at a lower level.

7. Release the clamp.

CAUTION!

Before decanting wine, always rinse the set with hot water or water with pyrosulfite!
