Herbal mix for Polish bitter "Staropolska", 31,5 g

Homemade Staropolska Żołądkowa for all types of gastric problems
Ingredients for 3 l:
- mix of herbs and spices for liquers - Staropolska Żołądkowa
- 1.5 l of alcohol 95%
- 1.5 l of water
- 75 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of raisins
Recipe:
Put the mix of herbs and spices and raisins to a dish. Add spirit mixed with water, brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Set aside for two weeks, shaking the content once a day for the first seven days. When the liquer is cleared, filter it and bottle. After 7-10 days of maturing, it will be ready for consumption.

Ingredients: ginger, caraway seed, nutmeg, anise (15,9%), clove.
