Amaze everyone with your homemade wheat beer! The specially selected BrewGO Wheat top fermentation yeast will allow you to make your own beer at home in a simple and quick manner. This yeast ensures energetic and near-complete fermentation and is also characterised by high flocculation. It will provide your products with the characteristic aroma and flavour of top fermentation beer (discernible fruity, root spice, clove, and banana notes). An 11 g sachet containing specially selected yeast is enough for making as much as 20 litres of beer, allowing you to prepare the favourite liquors for all your friends and relatives! This yeast is very simple to use, ensures a quick start, and the beer made by using it may reach up to 4-5% alcohol content. The recommended beer fermentation temperature when using this yeast is about 12-25°C, optimally 18-24°C. In order to obtain the banana note, fermentation should be carried out in a temperature of more than 23°C.
How to use: Pour the sachet content into 100 mL of water with temperature of 27°C. After 30 minutes, pour the resulting liquid into the wort container. Carry out fermentation for 7-9 days in a temperature of 12-25°C, optimally 18-24°C. In order to obtain the banana notes, fermentation should be carried out in a temperature higher than 23°C.
