Frukta-żel is a product without artificial preservatives and additives - its composition is based on natural pectin. You can use it to prepare healthy, delicious, and sweet homemade preserves for the whole family – the children will be delighted! A single packing provides perfect gelling of up to 1 kg of any fruit of your choice! With this product you can prepare your favourite preserves in an easy, quick, and problem-free manner! It is enough to add the packaging content and the sugar of your choosing to the fruit, and cook everything, stirring vigorously. Afterwards, the hot preserve is ready for filling the jars!

Frukta-żel is intended mainly for low-sugar jams. In jams with a high sugar concentration, the pectin may not gel or lumps may appear. To avoid this, we recommend mixing the fruit with some of the sugar and Frukta-żel, and then adding the remaining sugar.


How to use: 

Jam:

1. Wash the fruit, pit them, and fragment the larger ones.

2. Mix Frukta-Żel with fruit and cook everything, stirring vigorously.

3. Pour 0.35-0.5 kg of sugar to the fruit and cook everything for a few minutes for the sugar to dissolve fully.

4. In case of peaches, pears, apricots, strawberries, pumpkin, etc. add lemon juice or half a teaspoon of citric acid.

5. Fiil the jars with hot preserve, twist the lids on, and put the jars upside down or pasteurise them.

Vegan jelly:

1. Heat 0.5 L of juice of your choosing.

2. Add Frukta-Żel, stir until it dissolves.

3. After the liquid cools down, put it into a refrigerator for it to set.
