Description

  • Sufficient for a whole family - the large capacity of the pot is excellent for cooking a dish for a larger number of people. The pot allows preparing a roast, as well as a complete vegetable dish for a whole family.
  • Care for the environment - the pot is made of a natural material and has unique properties. The porous structure of the specially fired clay allows cooking in water vapour atmosphere.
  • Comfortable and convenient use - thanks to the design of the pot the dishes do not get burnt. The cover helps keep the oven clean. Additionally, thanks to it the dishes are juicy, as well as crunchy on the surface.
  • Diet-friendly dinners - the porous structure of the pot absorbs water, which later evaporates during baking or roasting. Preparing food in water vapour atmosphere without using fat allows preparing diet-friendly dishes.
  • Diet-friendly vegan dishes - by preparing your favourite meat-free dishes in the Clay baker you will retain even more of their vitamins, microelements and aromas.

The Clay baker is used for healthy baking and roasting in water vapour atmosphere. Thanks to baking/roasting under cover and the porous structure of the pot material, the dishes retain more vitamins and microelements. They are also very juicy and crunchy.
The Clay baker is made in 100% from kiln-fired clay, providing it with unique properties. When the pot is soaked prior to use, water is absorbed into its porous structure. Later, during baking/roasting, the water evaporates gradually. Thanks to that, the food is cooked in its own juices and in water vapour released from the pot’s walls. The large capacity of the pot allows preparing dishes for a whole family. The dishes baked/roasted in the pot do not require using additional fat, thanks to which they are easily digestible and low on calories.

The Clay baker is an excellent choice for people who prefer vegan and vegetarian dishes. It can also be used for preparing Easter cuisine dishes, for example those from Georgia. When cooking in such a clay pot, you approximate the traditional way of cooking that has been known in Poland for centuries.

- Do not pour cold liquids into the pot when it is hot.
- The maximum recommended temperature of baking/roasting in the Clay baker is 200°C.
