Class 8 smoke chips thanks to their size (from 6 to 8mm) are ideal for both small and large smokehouses. Used on the grill, they give the dishes a unique aroma and flavor.
Excellent for smoking poultry, fish, beef and pork.
They come from natural apricot wood from ecologically clean areas. Free from impregnating and preserving compounds. They do not contain dusty particles. They are characterized by optimal water content - below 11%.
Grilling: Around glowing tree carbon put 2 centimetres veneer of woodchips. Grill should be covered directly after composing meals on the grill.
Time of grilling - from 10 to 30 minutes
Smoking: Depending on what kind of gammon place we are dispose, put the woodchips on a plate specialy designed for that or around glowing place
