Cucumbers in honey–mustard brine

Recipe for cucumbers in honey–mustard brine
Preparation:
- In a pot, combine water, apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, and curry powder. Bring to a boil, then set aside to cool.
- Add mustard and honey to the cooled brine, stirring until smooth.
- Chill the washed cucumbers in cold water, pat dry, and cut into pieces.
- Then transfer them to a jar together with the spices.
- Pour in the brine, insert a jar weight, screw the jar closed, and leave for at least five days to develop flavor, or pasteurize and store for the winter.
