Fat-free yeasted pancakes

Pancakes or—as some prefer—little pancakes or yeasted omelets without fat are a great alternative to the crepes everyone knows. They work perfectly, among other things, as a breakfast or afternoon snack. They can be served with your favorite homemade jams, preserves, as well as with yogurt and seasonal fruit. You can prepare them in two ways—either plain, or by mixing fruit into the batter (so that after frying it is inside the pancake).

Preparing such yeasted pancakes is extremely simple, and the batter rises quickly—in just 15–20 minutes!

Recipe for thick, yeasted pancakes without fat

Preparation:

Warm the milk so it is warm but not hot. Put the flour, yogurt, egg, sugar, yeast, and the banana cut into pieces into a bowl. Add a little milk and start mixing slowly, gradually adding the remaining milk. When the batter has a uniform consistency, set it aside to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.

Fry the pancakes on a well-heated non-stick pancake pan until golden on both sides. Serve layered with your favorite preserves or peanut butter, accompanied by fruit. Enjoy!

...because homemade is better!
