Notes
Recipe for Gingerbread Latte:
Preparation:
- Brew an espresso (25 ml) - Pour the beans into the grinder and set the grind size to the finest. Grind 7 g of coffee into the transparent container (with measurement markings). Then transfer the ground coffee to the brewer and place it on a mug or cup. Slowly pour hot (but not boiling) water over the coffee in circular motions, and voilà.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. If you have a frother, froth the milk.
- Add the gingerbread spice and maple syrup to the warm milk and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the hot espresso into a mug, then slowly add the spiced milk.
- Top with whipped cream and a pinch of cocoa.
Serve immediately, enjoying the warming, aromatic taste of gingerbread coffee! :)
