Recipe for homemade buns
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt and mix. Add the yeast and sugar to the bowl and pour in 300 ml of milk at room temperature. Mix everything with a spoon, but do not knead yet. Leave to rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place. After this time, add the egg, mix everything, and then start kneading, gradually adding the melted butter. Knead until the dough is uniform, velvety and elastic (this should take about 10 minutes). Leave the kneaded dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, covering it with a cloth. When the dough doubles in volume, turn it out onto a floured board, divide into 8 portions and form buns. Then set them aside under a cloth for 30 minutes. Brush the risen buns with egg yolk mixed with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in an oven preheated to 210 °C. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Then remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Recipe for homemade burgers
Grind the beef twice using the smallest plate, then work it with 50 ml of cold water. Grind the remaining meat using a 10–12 mm plate. Combine the meat, kneading it thoroughly with the pressed garlic, salt and other seasonings. Once everything is well combined, make small balls from the meat and then form burgers using a hamburger press. This way all the burgers will be the same thickness and size. Fry the burgers in a pan lightly drizzled with chili oil or grill them. You can also use a grill pan for grilling. Then place the meat in the homemade buns and garnish with your favorite vegetables and sauce.
