Preparation:
Peel the watermelon, remove the seeds, cut into smaller pieces and sprinkle with sugar, then set aside for 12 hours. After this time, blend everything, add the juice of four lemons and cook over low heat until it becomes glossy and translucent (about 5 hours). Next, add the grated zest of one lemon and Frukta-Żel to the fruit. Bring to a boil. Pour the hot jam into jars, screw on the lids and turn them upside down.
