Does bigos make you think of hours of stewing? Check out our recipe and prepare aromatic pressure cooker bigos in 60 minutes! A pressure cooker is simply a tightly sealed pot in which pressure rises during cooking. Thanks to this, the entire preparation process is almost instantaneous. Its special design speeds up cooking, saving time and energy and retaining a large amount of nutrients. Pressure cooker bigos is not only a huge saving of time and energy, but above all a true symphony of flavors. Preparation:

Pour a glass of wine into the pressure cooker and add, in turn: onion thinly sliced into half-moons, garlic, plums, mushrooms, sausage cut into cubes or slices, pork belly, smoked ribs, chopped sauerkraut with its juice, tomato paste, and spices (except salt). Mix everything, then close the lid of the pressure cooker. Start timing from the moment the valve pops up. Reduce the heat or cooktop power and cook for about 25–30 minutes (according to the manual supplied with the appliance). When the dish is ready, season to taste with salt.

Just 60 minutes and it’s ready!

Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
