Recipe for yeast cake with apples

Preparation:

Yeast cake made with our dry yeast is extremely easy to prepare — you don't need to make a starter, as you do when using fresh yeast. Start by melting the butter. When it has cooled slightly, add the dry yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, milk, and three eggs to the flour. Knead everything by hand or with a mixer fitted with dough hooks, then transfer to a bowl, cover with a cotton cloth, and leave to rise in a warm place. The dough will double, or even triple, in volume.
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut into cubes, then gently fold into the risen dough. Transfer everything to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
If you like, you can sprinkle the cake with streusel. To make it, rub together the butter, sugar, and flour. Place the prepared cake in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 40–45 minutes. You can also bake the cake without streusel — once it is no longer very hot, dust it with powdered sugar.

Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
