How to use:
Do not subject the glass to sudden thermal shock, as excessive temperature differences may cause damage. Before use, keep the demijohn at room temperature for at least one hour. Do not fill the demijohn with water hotter than 50°C. Wash the glass in lukewarm water with sanitizers such as potassium metabisulfite or Oxi Turbo.
Because significant stresses develop during vigorous fermentation, during this phase it’s recommended to close the demijohn with a looser cotton plug, which helps prevent possible glass cracking.
