Pizza crust yeast - 500g


Reliable dry baker's yeast for pizza crust.
- shorter dough working time
- increased elasticity of the dough, which is recommended while making pizza crust
- 300 g wheat flour (best 00 type)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 g dry Biowin yeast
- 2 teaspoons olive oil Instructions:
Combine the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients gently. Slowly add lukewarm water. Knead the dough for 10 minutes on a counter or a pastry board sprinkled with flour until smooth and elastic (the dough will separate from the walls of the bowl). (br)Next, work the dough again briefly with olive oil. Cover with a clean cotton cloth and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes (the dough shall double its volume) in a warm place.
After rising, sprinkle the dough with flour, roll and shape to obtain a thin cake.
Next bake with your favorite toppings for about 10-15 minutes at 250 °C.
