Preparation:
Place the chicken breasts in a deep bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Cut an appropriate length of vacuum sealer bag material, seal one end, place the marinated chicken inside, and vacuum out the air. Then seal the bag. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Prepare the sous-vide water bath. Place the breasts into water heated to 64 degrees and cook for 2 hours. Monitor the temperature, gently stirring the water from time to time. After 1.5 hours, add the trimmed green beans to the water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook for 30 minutes. After this time, remove the breasts from the water bath and from the bag. Drain the green beans. Heat the oil well in a large pan. Quickly sear the meat on each side until golden, drizzling it with lemon juice. In the same pan, sauté the beans for 2 minutes.
