The high thermal coefficient of copper reduces the energy consumption needed to heat and maintain the stability of the process.Undesirable sulfur-containing compounds are formed as by-products in the adjustments and mash during fermentation. The copper absorbs them, preventing them from penetrating into the distillate. It would be great if you could send to UK as well. I had to use friends to post it to me. Ways to improve. Your representative in UK "Do it at home" is not very cooperative. I would like to improve my column but technically can not easily buy parts.
