Burgers have been one of the most popular dishes for several years. Below we present a way to combine this dish, much loved by Poles, with another favorite activity—grilling. Grilled burgers are a great idea for the grilling season that kicks off with the May long weekend. They’re an excellent base for colorful creations tucked into a bun with your favorite vegetables. PREPARATION
Grind the beef twice through the finest plate, then work it with 30 ml of cold water. Grind the remaining meat through a 10–12 mm plate. Combine the meats, kneading thoroughly, and add pressed garlic, salt, and other spices. Once everything is well combined, make small balls of the meat, and then shape them into burgers using a burger press. This way all the burgers will be the same thickness and size.
Place them on a preheated grill, and if you don't have a garden, a grill pan will be a great alternative. Grill the meat on both sides until nicely browned. Then take them off the grate and let them „rest” for a moment. You can enhance the grilling process with wood chips that will give the burgers a unique flavor and aroma. Place the finished burgers in buns and add your favorite vegetables and sauce.
