Recipe for baked ribs:

Preparation

Rinse the ribs thoroughly to remove tiny bone fragments. Rub the meat with 2 tablespoons of oil and the Marinade for Ribs. Leave covered in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. About 30 minutes before baking, remove the ribs from the fridge. Prepare the vegetables—peel and slice them: slice the carrots, parsley roots, and garlic, and cut the onion into thin slivers.

Place the meat and vegetables in a Roman pot (clay baker), drizzle with two tablespoons of oil and two cups of water. Cover and place in a lukewarm oven (warmed to about 50°C). We recommend baking at 180°C for 1.5 hours (with upper and lower heating elements and fan-assisted convection). Then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for about another 20 minutes uncovered. The exact baking time depends on the thickness of the meat. During baking, make sure the water does not evaporate completely. If you want to add potatoes, it’s best to parboil them in hot water for 10 minutes and place them in the dish with the ribs after 1 hour of baking.

Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
