Recipe for curd cheese doughnuts

Preparation:

Mix the flour with the baking soda. Blend the curd cheese, egg yolks, yogurt or sour cream, sugar, and the vanilla seeds scraped from the pod until smooth. Stir everything together with a spoon until combined. Then knead the dough by hand. It should be delicate and soft. Lightly dusted with flour, it should roll out easily to about 0.5 cm thick. Use a glass to cut larger circles, and a shot glass to cut smaller ones in the center. Fry until golden on both sides. The oil temperature should be 180°C.
