The suggested vegan yogurt is an excellent alternative for those who exclude animal products from their diet. In addition, it's a great way to save money, as vegan yogurts are not exactly cheap. Therefore, investing in a yogurt maker and yogurt cultures will definitely pay off. See how simple it is!


PREPARATION

Mix plant-based milk at room temperature with the appropriate amount of yogurt cultures, i.e., 1 g per 2 L of milk. Place everything in a yogurt maker set to 45℃ for 8-9 hours.

After this time, place the yogurt in the refrigerator to firm up further. If, after chilling, a thin liquid appears on the surface of the yogurt, remove it with a spoon or a paper towel.

From 1 L of plant-based milk you will get 1 L of yogurt. Just add your favorite fruit or nuts to create a tasty breakfast or a snack during the day.
