Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces (approx. 3–5 cm), add water, salt, and the spice and herb blend. Mix and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then transfer into sterilized jars and pack in the meat, filling up to the screw thread. Place the sealed jars in a pot with warm water reaching above the level of the meat. Pasteurize (from the start of boiling, cook for 1 hour). The next day, repeat pasteurization – cook for 40 min. During pasteurization, the water must not boil.
Blend ingredients: black pepper 26.7%, granulated garlic, dried onion, marjoram, nutmeg, allspice. The product may contain sesame seeds, celery, mustard, gluten, sulfur dioxide, peanuts and soy.
