The grinder is equipped with a No. 8 grinding chamber. 

Model 311057 features an easy-to-use digital control panel with an operating-time indicator. The panel has programmed speed modes (Levels 1 and 2) – for meat and separately for vegetables and fruit, ensuring optimum appliance performance. The reverse function (REV) helps clear blockages automatically within a few seconds.

  • Homemade sausages: the 3 funnels (Ø 1.2 cm, 1.5 cm, 2 cm) let you make sausages in different thicknesses.
  • Shredder: 3 interchangeable drums let you grate, shred and slice vegetables and fruit into even pieces.
  • Strainer: ideal for preparing fresh strained tomatoes, homemade passata and purées from soft fruit.

Safe use: Before using the appliance for the first time, you must read the enclosed instruction manual. Use only the dedicated pusher and do not exceed the recommended continuous operating time.

Cleaning: All plastic parts can be safely washed in the dishwasher. Wash the metal parts (the blade and grinding plates) by hand, dry them thoroughly and coat them with vegetable oil to prevent rust. Wash the aluminium parts (the tray, grinding chamber, retaining ring and auger) by hand in warm water with a mild detergent.
