After installing the controller module, heating module, and thermal module with a thermocouple according to the installation instructions, and then connecting the set to a power source, you can manage the operation of your smoker. Additionally, you can use the smoking option with a smoke generator from the dragON Jet series by connecting the generator pump hose to the controller socket.

Conveniently use the features of the digital controller panel - monitor parameters and manage the process using:

Set and monitor the temperature (within the range of 0-90°C), adjust the heating element's operating time (within 0-4 hours), choose between continuous or timed heating, use the fan function or turn it off as needed.

Smoke Responsibly and Safely

The smokehouse, in which the modules from the set are to be installed, should be placed outdoors under a shelter. This location should protect the smokehouse and its modules from exposure to weather conditions (such as rain, snow, or excessive sunlight) and provide electrical power with proper grounding.

WARNING! To ensure proper installation and safe operation of the modules along with the smoker, carefully read the instruction manual provided with the modules and follow all the given recommendations, including safety guidelines for working with electrical devices.

The components of the kit must be used exclusively according to their intended purpose. Any use of the devices that does not comply with their designated function may pose a risk to health and life.

The heating module operates at a dangerous voltage of 230V, which can be life-threatening.

When handling the heated device, always use protective gloves.

Never leave the device unattended.

With dragON modules (including the Jet series smoke generator), you can smoke using several options:

• Drying (without smoking smoke) - temperature ~ 60°C
• Cold smoking - temperature ~ 16-25°C
• Warm smoking - temperature ~ 30-55°C
• Hot smoking - temperature ~ 55-65°C
• Baking - temperature ~ 70-85°C

The temperatures provided are approximate; adjust the exact values according to the specific product

Choosing the Smoking Option. When selecting a specific smoking option, use the settings available on the controller according to the general guidelines provided, as well as the recommendations specified in the recipe for the particular product.

Operating the smoker without convection at the maximum temperature of 90°C, depending on weather conditions, is allowed for no more than 4 hours.
