The pan is made of high-quality cast iron and is characterised by large diameter (44 cm), which will be appreciated in particular by enthusiasts of home grilling among friends and outdoor family feasts. It features an extremely useful solution in the form of screw-in cast iron feet – two sets with different heights (20 cm and 44 cm) – and three openings intended for hanging the pan on the tripod’s chains. These options will allow you to use the pan in two ways. You can place it directly over a bonfire or a hearth – either higher or lower (depending on the feet set used). You can also hang it over fire by using a tripod. Choose your favourite option or try them both out! The two integrated cast iron handles facilitate moving the pan around.

Thanks to the fact that this product is made of oiled cast iron, it features the valuable characteristics of the so-called seasoned cookware, which is pre-annealed in order to secure the cast iron to the fullest extent possible and prepare it for use in high temperatures. This process also enables bringing out the desired properties of cast iron, thanks to which it is possible to obtain excellent culinary effect.


Please note! It is necessary to adhere to the recommendations regarding using, cleaning, maintaining and storing the product, specified in the user manual included in the packaging.

Remember that the more often the cast iron cookware is correctly used and oil, the better the impact on its durability and the easier it is to obtain the optimal characteristics of the dishes prepared.


Safety principles

When using the pan, adhere strictly to safety rules, including fire safety rules. Cast iron heats up to high temperatures and remains hot for a long time, which is why you should never touch the cookware surface in order to prevent burns. It is recommended to use protective gloves for grilling. Secure the hot pan against access of children and pets.


Prior to first use

Wash the pan with warm running water without any detergents and then dry it carefully and smear good quality edible oil on its top surface. Afterwards, season the pan so prepared, best over a hearth or a bonfire. Once the fire goes out and the pan cools down, remove excess fat and put it away to a dry place. You can also place it in a cool oven, set the temperature to 150-170⁰C and season it for 60 minutes until the set temperature is reached. Once you remove the pan from the oven and it cools down, proceed as in the first seasoning option. Remember to keep the process under control and never leave the pan unattended.


Cast iron is very vulnerable to major temperature differences. When using the pan, its temperature should never change too rapidly - heating up needs to be gradual. Hot cast iron must not be poured over with cold water, as it may lead to the pan becoming fractured.


Cleaning and maintenance

Please note! The cast iron pan is intended for food preparation only and should not be used for storing finished dishes.

After each use, when the pan cools down completely, wash it with water only, without using any detergents. It is allowed to use sand or salt to facilitate removing more problematic soiling, rust stains or burns. After drying the pan, secure it carefully by spreading a thin layer of edible oil on it. Store the product in a dry room.
