Meals prepared over an open flame offer a tempting change of pace for lovers of rustic, flavourful cuisine. This 8-litre enamel-coated hunter’s cauldron unites the legendary properties of cast iron with a modern, enamel interior for ease of use, easier cleaning, and protection from corrosion and acids found in ingredients.
The hunter’s cauldron is made from high-quality cast iron and features a durable enamel-coated interior. It is the perfect companion for family gatherings in the garden, at the cottage, or during various outdoor events – including team-building barbecues. Whether it’s a camping trip, winter sleigh ride, or a traditional bonfire evening, this cauldron adds flavor to every occasion.
With ease, you can prepare hearty and aromatic meals such as soups, stews, bigos (hunter’s stew), pork knuckles, ribs, and even game meats over an open fire.
The enamelled interior makes using the cauldron more convenient. It simplifies cleaning and prepping for the next use. The smooth enamel surface helps prevent food from sticking and protects the cast iron from moisture and acids released by food during cooking. This ensures the cauldron stays in excellent condition for longer.
The enamel is food-safe, helping dishes retain their natural flavor.
What’s more, thanks to the enamel layer, seasoning is not required—no need for the traditional process of oil-curing the inside of the pot to protect against rust and sticking. You only need to lightly oil the outer surface to prevent possible corrosion.
Its generous 8-liter capacity ensures you can serve up satisfying portions of delicious, rustic meals.

Important Notice: This cauldron is designed for cooking over an open flame. Since cast iron heats up to high temperatures, it is essential to use protective gloves during use to avoid burns. Ensure that the cooking area is inaccessible to children and pets. The cauldron is not a toy and should not be used as such. Please note that both cast iron and enamel are sensitive to mechanical damage and should be handled with care.
Usage Instructions: Wash the cauldron thoroughly before first use and after each use. Only clean the pot once it has completely cooled. Never place the empty cauldron over direct heat and do not subject it to sudden temperature changes. Cast iron is highly sensitive to thermal shock. Heat the cauldron gradually – if overheated too quickly, cast iron may become brittle and crack. Never pour cold water into a hot cauldron – this can cause thermal shock and may result in cracking. Avoid using harsh detergents to clean cast iron. The best method is to clean with warm water only. For tougher stains, fine sand or salt may be added to help remove burned residue or rust spots. The ceramic enamel coating inside the cauldron can be cleaned with water and mild dish soap. After washing, dry the cauldron completely, and protect any uncoated cast iron parts by applying a light layer of edible oil.
Caution: This cauldron is intended solely for preparing food, not for storing cooked meals.
