- inner: SUS304 stainless steel, 1 mm – safe for food contact,

- middle: aluminum, 3.3 mm – distributes heat quickly and evenly,

- outer: SUS430 stainless steel, 0.5 mm – ensures compatibility with induction stovetops.

• Operating pressure: 100 kPa.

Tip: To maintain a perfect seal and safe operation, we recommend checking the pressure lid gasket (item no. 340214) regularly and replacing it every 1-2 years.

A spare 22 cm glass lid (item no. 340210) fits this set.
