Practical to use - replacing the silicone gasket after a period of heavy use keeps your pressure cooker set running optimally. The gasket fits the lids of Browin 4 L and 6 L pressure cookers (340209) and has a nominal diameter of 22 cm.
LFGB certified - the gasket is approved for food contact.
High quality - made from high-grade silicone. This is a wear part that naturally degrades with regular pressure-cooker use and should be replaced every one to two years, depending on how often you cook.
Easy to clean - after each pressure-cooking session, remove the gasket from the lid and wash it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.

Important: Discoloration over time is normal and does not affect performance. If you notice cracks or hardening, replace the gasket immediately.
