Usage:
Plastic is most recommended for contact with wine or beer. The use of wooden spoons is not recommended, because under the influence of hot water their edges gradually crack, and the crevices formed in this way can become a breeding ground for bacteria. Metal tools, in turn, may react with the yeasts and acids present in the must, therefore they are also not recommended.
