Juniper aroma is a great addition to hearty soups like pea, bean, sauerkraut (kapuśniak), goulash-style, onion, or creamy vegetable soups.

You’ll love how far it goes — 1 bottle is enough for up to 20 kg of meat.

How to use:

Shake before use.

  1. For curing: 25 ml of aroma per 1 L of marinade or brine.
  2. For soups and sauces: 15–25 ml per 1 L.
  3. Directly on the product: brush the aroma straight onto meat or fish before roasting, frying, or grilling (undiluted).
  4. For sausage making: 6–10 ml per 1 kg of sausage mix.
  5. For alcohol: 5 ml/L or to taste.


Ingredients: water, flavourings (including juniper flavouring 3.9%), colourings (caramel, paprika extract).

Net volume: 250 ml

Storage conditions:

Store tightly closed, away from sunlight, at room temperature. Use within 30 days of opening.
