Method for general use Dip an indicator strip into the test solution for approximately 1-2 seconds and then remove. Shake off excess liquid. Compare the colour produced on the indicator strip with the colour chart by holding it against the nearest matching colour within 40 seconds of removal to indicate the pH. Do not allow the indicator strip to dry before reading the resultant colour.
Important
Place any unused indicator strips in their original packaging. Do not store indicator strips where they are liable to be exposed to acid or alkaline gases or vapours. Store in a cool dry place.
