Bottle cap crimping tool fi 28 mm

We present an innovative cap crimping for caps with a diameter of 28 mm and a height of 18 mm, combining efficiency and durability with a compact size and modern design. Its operation is extremely simple: just screw the cap tightly onto the bottle, place the crimping on top, squeeze its arms, and then rotate it several times around the neck of the bottle as instructed. This ensures that the cap’s security ring is perfectly sealed to the neck, creating the characteristic sound when opened, just like store-bought beverages. The product was designed and manufactured in Poland by BROWIN. Available in two randomly selected colors.

Instructions for use:

1. Place the crimping over the cap, which has been previously screwed tightly onto the bottle neck.
2. Squeeze the sealer handles so they make contact with the tamper-evident ring of the cap.
3. Rotate the bottle several times in the opposite direction of cap tightening or rotate the crimping in the tightening direction.

Note: Improper use of the sealer may cause irreversible damage to the cap.
