Product characteristics:
The stoppers available for sale hold PZH certification permitting contact with food. The stoppers are fitted with an opening in which a fermentation airlock (glass or plastic) can be installed. Made of PVC.

Use
Synthetic stoppers for demijohns - before use, it is recommended to wash them thoroughly in warm water with dishwashing liquid, then dry them thoroughly. This is to remove the layer of silicone remaining from production, which may cause the stopper to be pushed out of the demijohn during fermentation, or to slip off in the case of rubber caps.
