Do you make wines and juices at home? Do you want to extract fruit juice professionally but simply? Are you looking for a handy appliance to conveniently extract juice from fruit harvested in the garden? This manual frame press will meet your expectations. You will assemble it easily and appreciate its high quality. Enjoy the possibilities offered by this simple but highly functional design that will serve you for years to come.
The press is used for extracting juice from fruit that have been pitted and crushed, treated with the Pektoenzym enzymatic preparation, and fermented in a pulp or macerated in an infusion liqueur. The above processes make the structure of the fruit relaxed and soft, making it easier to extract the juice. Do not use the press for hard fresh fruit such as apples, pears, or large kernel fruit not previously treated as mentioned above. Improper use may result in damage to the press.
The anti-splash basket cover, made of flexible, transparent plastic, tightly wraps the press basket and prevents juice splashing during must pressing. The cover easily attaches to the outside of the basket, allowing you to keep the whole process clean and minimise the loss of extracted juice.
Assemble the press according to the visual instructions coming with the product.
Place the suitably prepared fruit pulp in the filter bag, wrap the edges of the bag to the inside of the body, place a container under the press outlet and start pressing. Tighten the piston until fluid starts to flow. Resume pressing when the fluid stops flowing. Repeat until all the juice is extracted from fruit, but do not force the piston. Remove the drained fruit from the bag and rinse it well. If the slots of the bag become clogged during operation, compact the contents by hand after removal, put the bag back in and continue pressing.
Maintenance
Lubricate the wooden interior of the body and the connection points of the screws to the nuts and to the piston with a thin layer of edible oil before each pressing and after washing the press. Wipe painted parts dry.
Store the press under an airy cover in a dry room.
Before using the press, carefully read the user manual and the general safety instructions provided therein.
