On hot days, it is especially important to ensure proper hydration. Many of us struggle to drink enough water, and in summer the recommended amount is as much as 4 l per day. Various isotonic beverages are an excellent alternative to plain water, highly effective for quick hydration. Store-bought isotonic drinks contain sugar or artificial sweeteners, so it is worth making such a drink yourself. It is very simple! You can serve a homemade isotonic drink from a convenient jar with a spigot, so you can easily refill the next glass.
