Recipe for carrot cake

Preparation:

Grate the carrots on the fine side of a grater or chop them in a food processor. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, then add the egg yolks and sugar. Beat until smooth, then add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the grated carrots. Mix thoroughly or blend on the lowest speed. Add your favorite mix-ins. Transfer the batter to the pan and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake at this temperature for about 45 minutes.
