Recipe for homemade chokeberry liqueur
Preparation:
Keep the chokeberries in the freezer for at least a week, then rinse the fruit with lukewarm water and place them in a container that can be tightly sealed, e.g., a jar. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and pour over the alcohol. After 3 weeks, add cherry juice to taste. Leave the whole mixture for another 3 weeks.
