Recipe for a citrus St Andrew's Day drink
Preparation:
Put ice, a mint leaf, orange segments and a slice of lemon in a glass. Then muddle the fruit to release the juice. Pour in mead, lime juice, and finally top up the glass with mineral water. Before serving, add a slice of lime to the drink.
