Ginger liqueur recipe
Preparation:
To the alcohol, add peeled and sliced fresh ginger, the zest and juice of lemons or oranges, and sugar. Set aside for 2 weeks in a warm, dark place. After 2 weeks, decant the alcohol and leave it for another 2 weeks to clarify. After this time, the ginger liqueur will make snowy evenings more pleasant.
