Recipe for homemade gingerbread liqueur

Preparation:

Pour the alcohol into a large jar and add all the spices. Leave the mixture for one month. After this time, heat the water and dissolve the honey in it, stirring constantly, then wait until the honey cools. Using 3 layers of gauze/muslin cloth, strain the spices out of the alcohol. Add the cooled honey to the filtered liquid, then bottle. The gingerbread liqueur is best after 8–10 months.
