Summer is the best time to prepare something very tasty for long, cold winter evenings… The best choice will certainly be a drink with a warming — relaxing effect. A tried-and-true recipe passed down from generation to generation by a certain noble family, which didn’t shy away from a drink, is perfect here… We’ve added an acidity regulator to this excellent recipe to make the homemade result even better!

Note!
It may turn out that the liqueur won’t last until winter (autumn evenings can be chilly too!). We therefore recommend making a larger batch. After all, it’s nothing difficult — just multiply the ingredients x2, x3, etc.

Recipe for blueberry liqueur with cherry, raspberry and currant aroma

Preparation:

To prepare Great-Grandfather Pędzimir’s liqueur, pour water into a pot, add the currant leaves and blueberries. Bring everything to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. After this time, add the sugar and the acidity regulator. Bring to a boil again and set aside to cool. Strain the cooled infusion through a filter bag and add 0.5 liter of 96% spirit. Set aside for at least two weeks.

Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
