Prepare a curing brine from 1 liter of water, herbs (Receptura Babci Leokadii), crushed garlic, and salt. Place the ham in the prepared brine and leave for two weeks.
After this time, remove the ham from the brine, pat dry, score in a diamond pattern, then place it in meat netting or tie it with butcher's twine. Insert cloves into the cuts and rub the entire surface with half of the previously prepared honey and mustard marinade. Put the prepared ham into a roasting bag and place it in the preheated oven
Bake at 170°C for about 1 hour 40 minutes. Then remove the ham from the bag and return it to the oven for about 20 minutes. Afterward, brush it from time to time with the remaining honey and mustard marinade until it takes on a nice color.
