Preparation
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, and knead into a dough. Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut out cookies in your favorite shapes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the cookies on it. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes. Let them cool completely and decorate as you like. You can use chocolate glaze, colorful ready-made icing pens, or icing you make yourself.
