Meat grinder shortbread cookies are a perfect opportunity to spend time together, especially with the little ones. Playing with the grinder is great fun, and the cookies you make yourself disappear from the plates in no time.

Recipe for shortbread cookies made with a meat grinder
Preparation:
Add the flour to a bowl, then add the egg yolks, diced margarine and cream. Knead everything until all the ingredients are well combined with each other. Before you start making the cookies, wrap the bowl with the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can shape the cookies in various forms using the cookie attachment included with the meat grinder.
It's best to bake the cookies on parchment paper. We recommend placing them on the middle rack of the oven and baking for about 15 minutes at 180°C (with convection).
