The weekend is coming—if you still don't have an idea for a delicious dessert to go with coffee, our customer—the author of the Instagram profile  @markowe_jedzenie—has a suggestion for you: a delicious and fluffy yeast cake with raspberries. Remember, however, that raspberries are just an example, and you can also use other favorite fruit to make this dessert! Let's get baking!

Mix the flour with dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the milk and egg, then knead the dough thoroughly, adding the butter at the end. Leave everything in a warm place to rise for 90 minutes, then knead the dough again. Transfer the dough to a loaf pan, brush with beaten egg, arrange the fruit on top, brush the top with egg again, and then sprinkle with crumble. Set the cake aside in a warm place again for 30 minutes to rise. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the oven with the door ajar. Enjoy!
