Recipe for pork loin roulade from a ham maker
How to make a roulade in a ham maker?
Preparation:
Mix the olive oil and spices to make a marinade for the meat. Cut the pork loin so it can be unfolded and gently pounded. Cut the breasts into pieces (2 cm). Thoroughly rub both the pork loin and the breasts with the marinade, pour the remaining marinade over the meat, and leave covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then pound the pork loin, arrange the chicken breast pieces on it, and roll it into a roulade. The height of the roulade should be 2 cm less than the height of the ham maker.
Place the prepared meat in the ham maker. Close the vessel, insert a thermometer into the meat through the opening in the ham maker lid, and place the whole unit in a pot of water (it may simmer gently) — it is important that the water level is above the level of the meat inside the ham maker. When the internal temperature of the meat reaches 75°C, finish cooking. Wait until the ham maker cools down (you can place it in cold water), then leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. After this time, you can remove the roulade and enjoy its flavor.
