It works by heating water and gently poaching the meat. You choose the natural ingredients to make your own tasty cured or uncured cold cuts. You can be sure there are no preservatives or artificial additives, and your chosen spices will bring out the best flavor.
The capacity of this model is ideal for a solid, family-sized portion of firm, juicy ham, as well as loaves, pâtés, roulades, bacon, and other dishes — including vegetarian options. In the center of the lid there’s a socket with an opening for directly measuring the internal temperature of the meat.
Use a probe thermometer for this — not included in the set.

Important!
The total nominal capacity of the ham cooker is 3 kg.
You can prepare a dish with up to 2.6 kg of meat.
The minimum fill is approx. 1.5 kg.
Use the device in a pot at least 21 cm tall. Place the closed ham cooker in the pot, then add water so it reaches the cooker’s lid but stays 3–4 cm below the rim of the pot. This safe water level prevents boil-overs during poaching.
