Preparation:

In the meantime, place the prepared meat in a special bag, then transfer everything into the ham cooker. Close it tightly with the lid, insert a thermometer into it, and place it in the pot with water (the water level must be above the level of the meat inside the ham cooker). When the internal temperature of the meat reaches 69 -71 °C, remove the ham cooker and let it cool down on its own.

When it cools, place it in the refrigerator for about 6 h to allow the meat to firm up. After that time, you can remove the meat and enjoy its taste!
