Imagine a creamy tiramisu where classic coffee and mascarpone meet velvety Hokkaido pumpkin. This dessert is a little autumn magic – sweet, aromatic, with a hint of Cognac and a delicate cocoa aftertaste. Perfect for chilly evenings, parties, or simply a moment of sweet luxury just for you.

Pumpkin tiramisu recipe 

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin, bake for 25 min at 180°C until tender. Blend with the milk into a smooth puree and let it cool.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add mascarpone, the pumpkin puree, and Cognac-flavored essence.
  3. Soak the ladyfingers with coffee and arrange them in a dish.
  4. Top with the pumpkin cream and repeat the layers.
  5. Dust with cocoa and refrigerate for 2 hours.
