Stuffed peppers are a great idea for a wholesome, colorful, and flavorful dish from a gas grill. Juicy peppers filled with a mixture of meat, vegetables, and spices, gently roasted, sure to delight the whole family. A simple recipe you can freely adapt to your taste - perfect for summer grilling!

Recipe for stuffed peppers from a gas grill

Preparation: 

  1. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. Sauté the onion in heated olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic and ground meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cooked rice, stir, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the stuffing, pressing lightly. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Wrap the stuffed peppers tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. Preheat the gas grill to a medium temperature (about 180–200°C). Place the peppers on the grate, cover, and grill for about 20–25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is nicely browned.
  7. Unwrap the foil and serve immediately.
